Digital Foster (Guangxi) Technology Co., Ltd. (“we” or “the Company”) respects and protects user privacy. When you use the services of the Shuyubang Parent APP platform (“Shuyubang Parent”), in addition to providing services to you under the Shuyubang Parent User Service Agreement, we will collect and use your personal information in accordance with the Shuyubang Parent User Privacy Policy (“this Privacy Policy”). Please read all terms of this policy carefully to understand how Shuyubang Parent collects, uses, and processes your personal information. If you are a minor, you must review this policy accompanied by your legal guardian. You may use Shuyubang Parent and provide personal information only after your legal guardian has read and agreed to this policy. If you or your guardian disagrees with any part of this Privacy Policy, you must stop using Shuyubang Parent products or services immediately. By using any service provided by Shuyubang Parent, you agree that we may collect, use, store, and protect your relevant information in accordance with this policy.

1. Scope of Application

1. Except for certain specific products and services, this Privacy Policy applies to all services provided by Shuyubang Parent. Those specific products and services will be governed by a separate privacy policy.

2. This policy does NOT apply to services provided by third parties, including but not limited to:

(1) Information collected by third-party services accessed through our platform (excluding information shared with third parties under Article 5);

(2) Information collected by other companies or institutions within our products or services (excluding information shared with third parties under Article 5). Please note that if you provide personal information to third parties when browsing their websites or using their services, your information will be governed by their privacy policies. We assume no legal liability. Please carefully review third-party privacy policies before using their services.

2. Information We Collect

To provide you with better services, we collect the following information based on your usage:

1. Account registration and login information, such as your phone number, name or nickname, and the grade, gender, and date of birth required when binding a child account;

2. Information you voluntarily upload, including posts, comments, shares, self-filled information, and details provided when contacting customer service;

3. Usage information. We receive and record device-related information with your granted permissions to ensure account and transaction security, including device attributes (IMEI, IMSI, model, OS version, settings, unique identifiers, hardware and software features), location information (from GPS, Bluetooth, or Wi‑Fi), and connection information (IP address, carrier, access date and time);

4. Name, shipping address, and contact information provided when purchasing deliverable products or participating in marketing activities;

5. Other personal information lawfully collected with your authorization;

6. To improve customer service, the following permissions and functions may be used based on technical necessity during operation:

III. How We Collect Information

4. When you complete your personal address, we will record your geographic location information after obtaining your explicit consent. This information is sensitive, and your refusal to provide it will not affect your normal use of other functions.

5. Information you fill in when you, as the "Parent App", bind the "Child App". For example, the nickname, gender, mobile phone number, and personal information you fill in.

6. Permission information enabled by "Parent App" users when binding the "Child App". After binding the "Child App", parents need to obtain the necessary permissions on the child's mobile phone or tablet device to realize viewing and management functions. (Including but not limited to the app list, geographic location, device usage statistics, app usage duration statistics, website browsing count statistics, positioning function, device battery level, and function-related information of the "Child App" device) to display real-time information of the ward for you and only for the guardian function.

7. Location information. When you use location-related services, we may record the location information of your device to provide you with relevant services. (1) When you use the services, we may obtain your geographic location information through IP address, GPS, WiFi, or base stations; (2) The information you or other users provide when using the services may contain your geographic location information, such as the region information in your account information, and the geotag information in the photos shared by you or others.

8. Information obtained from third-party partners. We may obtain information generated or shared when you use third-party partner services. For example, when you log in to third-party partner services using your WeChat or QQ account, we will obtain the name and login time of your third-party partner service account to facilitate your authorization management. Please carefully read the user agreements or privacy policies of third-party partner services.

IV. How We Use the Collected Information

We collect your information to provide and improve our services. To achieve this purpose, we will use your information for the following purposes:

1. To provide you with various products or services you use;

2. To help us design new products or services and improve existing ones;

VI. How You Manage Your Information

1. You can query, correct, modify, and delete your personal information in your personal account.

2. Account Cancellation by Individual Information Subject

Your account will be canceled immediately, except as otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations or agreed in this agreement. You may choose to cancel your account independently. Before you choose to cancel your account, please be sure to carefully read the relevant prompts and instructions on the cancellation page. Once your account is canceled, it cannot be restored, you will no longer be able to use the functions or services of the relevant products and automatically waive the existing rights, so please operate with caution. Except as otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, after account cancellation, we will delete your relevant personal information or anonymize it.

3. Withdrawal of Consent for Personal Information Collection Authorization. VII. How We Store Your Information

Personal information collected and generated during our operations within the People's Republic of China is, in principle, stored within the territory of China, and we store your personal information in accordance with the storage periods specified by the laws, regulations, and departmental rules of the People's Republic of China.

VIII. How We Protect Your Information

1. We attach great importance to the security of your personal information. We strive to take various reasonable physical, electronic, and managerial security measures to protect your personal information and make the best reasonable efforts to prevent your personal information from being leaked, damaged, or lost, including but not limited to SSL, encrypted information storage, and data center access control. We also adopt strict management for employees or outsourced personnel who may have access to your personal information, including but not limited to taking information access control, signing confidentiality agreements with personnel who have access to personal information, and monitoring the operations of such personnel.

2. Notwithstanding the provisions of Clause 1 above, please understand and acknowledge that due to various unpredictable malicious means or those that cannot be defended against by existing technologies, even if we have tried our best to take necessary protective measures, your information may still be leaked, damaged, or lost. If you find that your account and password have been or are about to be leaked for any reason, you should contact us immediately so that we can take timely countermeasures to prevent or reduce your relevant losses.

3. In the event of a merger or division of our company, your information will be subject to the continuing protection obligation of the surviving enterprise entity, and we will notify you by announcement, SMS, or other written means; if our products or services cease operation, we will promptly stop collecting your information and notify you by announcement, SMS, etc., and we will delete or anonymize your information at that time.

IX. Minor Protection

We attach importance to the protection of minors' personal information. If you are a minor under the age of 18, please carefully read this Privacy Policy under the guidance of your guardian and use our services and submit your personal information with the consent of your guardian. If your guardian disagrees with this Privacy Policy, you should immediately stop using Shuyubang's services and refuse to provide personal information. For minors' personal information collected with the consent of the guardian, we will only use or disclose such information within the scope permitted by laws and regulations, with the explicit consent of the guardian, or for the protection of minor users. For personal information provided by minor users without the consent of the guardian, we will delete the relevant information as soon as possible after receiving notice from their guardian.

X. Revision of This Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised Privacy Policy will be notified to you through an announcement on the Shuyubang platform or other appropriate means before the revision takes effect. In such a case, if you continue to use our services, you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.

XI. Dispute Jurisdiction

1. The signing, effectiveness, performance of this Privacy Policy, and the resolution of disputes shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

2. Any dispute related to this agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the court with jurisdiction over the place where the company is located for litigation.
