Digital Nurturing (Guangxi) Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we" or the "Company") respects and protects user privacy. When you use the services provided by the Shuyubang Kids APP platform (hereinafter referred to as "Shuyubang Kids"), in addition to providing services to you in accordance with the Shuyubang Kids User Service Agreement, we will collect and use your personal information in accordance with the Shuyubang Kids User Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Privacy Policy"). Please read all terms of this Privacy Policy carefully to understand the purpose, scope and method of Shuyubang Kids' collection and use of your personal information. If you are a minor, you should review this Privacy Policy accompanied by your legal guardian. You may use Shuyubang Kids and provide personal information to Shuyubang Kids only after your legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to this Privacy Policy. If you or your guardian disagrees with any content of this Privacy Policy, you should immediately stop using Shuyubang Kids products or services. When you use any service provided by Shuyubang Kids, it means that you have agreed that we collect, use, store and protect your relevant information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Scope of Application

1. Except for certain specific products and services, this Privacy Policy applies to all services provided by Shuyubang Kids. These specific products and services will be subject to specific privacy policies.

2. It should be noted that this Privacy Policy does not apply to services provided to you by other third parties, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

(1) Information collected by third-party services accessed through our products and services (excluding information shared with third parties as agreed in Article 5 of this policy);

(2) Information collected by other companies or institutions that provide advertising services in our products and services (excluding information shared with third parties as agreed in Article 5 of this policy). Please note that if you provide personal information to third-party websites or when using third-party products and services, your information shall be subject to the privacy policy of such third party. We shall not bear any legal liability. Please be sure to carefully read the privacy policy of such third party and confirm whether you accept it.

2. Description of Application Permission Application and Usage

1. To ensure the realization of product functions and the safe and stable operation of Shuyubang Kids, we may apply for or use relevant permissions of the operating system;

2. To protect your right to know, we display the relevant operating system permissions that the product may apply for and use through the following list, and you can manage relevant permissions according to actual needs;

3. With the upgrade of products, the types and purposes of applying and using permissions may change. We will adjust the list in a timely manner according to these changes to ensure that you are informed of the application and usage of permissions in a timely manner;

4. Please note that for the functional and security needs of the business and products, we may also use third-party SDKs, and these third parties may also apply for or use relevant operating system permissions;

III. Information We Collect

To provide you with better services, we collect the following information based on the services you use:

1. Account information for registration or login, such as your phone number used to register or log in to Shuyubang Kids, name or nickname filled in by yourself, grade, gender, and date of birth required when binding the child’s device.

2. Information you upload voluntarily, including your posts, comments, shares, information you actively fill in, or relevant information provided when contacting Shuyubang Kids customer service.

3. Information generated during your use of Shuyubang Kids. With your granted permissions, we will receive and record device-related information to ensure account and transaction security, including device attribute information (such as IMEI, IMSI, MAC, ANDROID_ID, device model, operating system version, device settings, unique device identifiers, hardware and software features), device location information (location obtained via GPS, Bluetooth or WiFi signals), WiFi SSID, WiFi BSSID, and connection information (IP address, carrier, access date and time).

IMEI, IMSI, MAC address, SUPI, SUCI are obtained to acquire unique device identifiers for software-device binding.

Location information is obtained to locate the child or student.

Image, audio and video access is for viewing local files and uploading pictures.

App installation list is obtained to check for illegal applications on the device.

Contacts, call logs, calendar, SMS, and local phone number are not collected.

The above operations are triggered only in corresponding scenarios and not used outside such scenarios.

4. Your name, mailing address and contact information provided when purchasing deliverable products or participating in marketing activities.

5. Other personal information lawfully collected with your authorization, including location information and app usage.

IV. How We Collect Information

We or our third-party partners may collect and use your information through cookies and web beacons and store it as log data. We use our own cookies and web beacons to provide better user experience and services for the following purposes:

1. Remember your identity. Cookies and web beacons help us recognize your registered user identity or save your preferences and other information you provide.

You may refuse or manage cookies through browser settings. However, please note that disabling cookies or web beacons may prevent you from enjoying optimal service experience, and some products or services may not function properly.

2. Third-party SDK Services

When you visit our platform, third-party SDKs automatically collect device MAC address, unique device identifiers (IMEI/android ID/IDFA/OPENUDID/GUID/SIM IMSI) for statistical analysis, calibrate data accuracy via location, and provide anti-cheating functions. Collected information may vary by SDK.

3. When you complete your address, we will record your geographic location with your explicit consent. This is sensitive information; refusal will not affect other functions.

4. Information filled in by the Parent App when binding the Child App, such as nickname, gender, phone number.

5. Permission information enabled by the Parent App for the Child App. After binding, parents may obtain permissions including app list, location, usage statistics, browsing history, positioning, and battery info to display real-time status for guardianship only.

6. Location information. When using location-related services, we may obtain location via IP, GPS, WiFi or base stations. Location info may also come from shared photos or account region settings.

7. Information from third-party partners, such as login info when using WeChat or QQ authorization. Please review third-party privacy policies carefully.

8. Camera permission is mainly used for QR code login and photo taking.

9. File read/write permission is used for in-app upgrades and cache storage.

10. Auto-start and associated start permissions ensure app persistence for management functions.

V. How We Use Collected Information

We collect information to provide and improve services. We may use your information for:

1. Providing products and services you use;

2. Designing new services and improving existing ones;

3. Identity verification, customer service, security, fraud detection, archiving and backup to ensure service safety;

4. Other purposes with your permission.

VI. How We Share or Disclose Information

1. We treat your information with high diligence. Without your consent, we will not share personal information except as follows: we may provide device information (IMEI, MAC address) to affiliates, partners or third-party providers to:

(1) Improve customer service and user experience;
(2) Fulfill the purposes of collection;
(3) Exercise rights and obligations under user agreements and policies;
(4) Understand, maintain and improve products and services.

2. We will not illegally sell or provide your information to others except:

(1) Disclosure with your prior consent;
(2) Disclosure required by law or authorities;
(3) Use for security, fraud prevention and legal compliance to protect users and public interests;
(4) Cooperation with third-party service providers who undertake equivalent privacy protection obligations;
(5) Other disclosures required by laws and regulations.

VII. How You Manage Your Information

You may view, correct, modify or delete personal information in your account.

Account deletion path: Profile → Settings → Delete Account → Confirm Risk → Apply → Parent App → Care → Child Avatar → More → Approve.

VIII. How We Store Your Information

Personal information collected and generated within the People’s Republic of China is stored in mainland China in accordance with Chinese laws and regulations within the required retention period.

IX. How We Protect Your Information

1. We take reasonable physical, electronic and managerial security measures including SSL encryption, encrypted storage and access control to prevent leakage, damage or loss. Strict management is applied to personnel accessing personal information, including permission control, confidentiality agreements and operation monitoring.

2. Despite security measures, information may still be at risk due to unpredictable attacks. If your account or password is compromised, contact us immediately.

3. In case of merger or division, the surviving entity will continue protection. If services cease, we will stop collection and delete or anonymize information.

X. Minors’ Protection

We value the privacy of minors. If you are under 18, please read this policy with your guardian and use services only with their consent. If guardians disagree, stop using the app. We will only use minor information as permitted by law, with guardian consent or for protection. We will delete unauthorized information upon guardian notice.

XI. Revision of This Policy

We may revise this policy periodically. Updated terms will be announced via the platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

XII. Dispute Jurisdiction

1. This policy is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.

2. Any dispute shall be resolved amicably; if failed, it shall be submitted to the competent court where the company is located.
